You will be working closely with the existing team to ensure projects are finished on schedule and to very high standards. You'll enjoy being in front of clients, have a natural ability to inspire and have positive responses to any questions. Your project and time management skills will also be second to none.

You'll have the opportunity to work across a wide range of businesses and from portfolios to e-commerce. We create websites with design, functionality and user experience in mind.

The role includes a considerable amount of hands on development work using PHP and MySQL. Your programming must adhere to good practices and be well structured. We require you to have a Good understanding of HTML, CSS, Macromedia Flash and Dreamweaver. A coherency with Adobe Photoshop is also very desirable.

We will require a portfolio of your work and CV.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and results driven candidate to join a successful midlands based web development and graphic design agency.

In brief we are looking for an individual to come and stamp their mark, form a sales department and help us push the business forward. At present one of our directors is responsible for sales and does not have enough time to give it the required attention. We have a talented and motivated team and are looking to push into larger projects over the next 12 months.

Your role will include sourcing new business and servicing the needs of existing clients, visiting potential clients when needed to explain the services on offer and how we will able to assist with their requirements. Keeping track of competitor activity and recording all activity on the company database.

We will provide you with a generous amount of hot leads of customers per month actively seeking our services. We will also expect you to source new business through your own means.
